Animals interpret the world differently than humans. And with dead animals, they don't let things like emotions interfere with primal nature. Qtip's reaction to this dead squirrel was not to be grossed out, but to plop down next to it and roll around.
Not sure what happened to the squirrel but the body is picked clean. Maybe a little hawk got this poor little guy.
